Cancellation Policy
J.H.D is commited to providing all clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels late or no show's, it prevents us from being able to see another client. Please contact me if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment. Cancellation Policy: Joanna's Hair Design has a 48 hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me to avoid being charged the fee. 48hrs is 25% of your service booked 24hrs is 50% of your service booked Same day or less than 24 hours is 100% of booked service and may requiere deposits for future appointments.
